Brewing Recommendations
My basic brewing instructions:
- 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea for 1 cup / 1 tablespoon for a quart
- Let steep for 5 - 10 minutes
This applies to all my blends. These are to be taken as a starting point / or a suggestion. Tea drinkers will find their happy place - their own brewing style. With each Herbal Blend you may find your basic brewing technique & timing may change.
You will need a way to diffuse the loose plants - either a TeaBall, cup diffuser, or a TeaPot with diffuser built in.
